1. Acceptance of Terms

By opening an account with or using the services of Continental Trust, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services and contact us to close your account.

2. Membership Eligibility

To become a member of Continental Trust and open an account, you must:

• Meet the membership eligibility requirements for our field of membership
• Be at least 18 years of age (or have a joint account holder who is)
• Provide accurate, current, and complete identification and account information
• Maintain the security of your online banking credentials
• Comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations

3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Do not share your password, PIN, or one-time passcodes with anyone — including parties claiming to represent UHCU. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected fraud by calling 1-800-UHCU (24/7).

4. Member Services and Fees

Continental Trust provides a full range of credit union services, including but not limited to:

• Savings and checking accounts (insured by the NCUA up to $250,000)
• Online and mobile banking
• Personal, auto, and mortgage loan services
• Certificates of deposit and IRAs
• Debit and credit cards

Current fee schedules are available on our website and at any branch. We are committed to transparent pricing with no hidden charges.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to safeguarding your personal and financial information. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with applicable law.

6. Electronic Communications

By using our online services, you consent to receive account statements, notices, and regulatory disclosures electronically. You may opt out of electronic delivery at any time by contacting member support or updating your preferences in online banking.

7. Limitation of Liability

Continental Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except where prohibited by applicable law or regulation. Nothing in these terms limits our obligations under applicable consumer protection or credit union laws.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through your online banking account at least 30 days in advance, where required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Continental Trust is chartered, as well as applicable federal credit union regulations and the rules of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
